Analytical column selection valve for 4 columns and one bypass position. DLC coated SSt stator and Vespel rotor seal.

A great option for column switching is the installation of a specialized column switching valve. The great advantage is that only one valve drive VU 4.1 must be used. This valve is made for High pressure applications up to 1200 bar

Functional principle:

4 columns can be installed in total. Column 1 is installed between ports 1A and 1B, column 2 between 2A and 2B and so on. The column inlet should always be connected to the "A" port while the column outlet is connected to the corresponding "B" port. In position 1A for example, the valve inlet flow is directed to column 1 via the 1A port. The 1B port is connected to the valve outlet. All other positions do not have any flow in tis position. In the Bypass position, the valve inlet is directly connected with the valve outlet and there is no flow at any column.
