This analytical UHPLC autosampler enables highly precise and reproducible injections from up to
108 × 1.5 mL sample vials or standard
microtiter plates (96‑ or 384‑well plates, up to two plates each).
The autosampler provides the user with maximum flexibility while ensuring efficient sample consumption through three different injection modes:
In addition, the AS 6.1L supports precolumn derivatization and achieves exceptionally low carryover through a highly effective interior and exterior needle wash procedure.
Sample stability and reproducibility are maximized with the cool/heat option, which maintains the sample compartment at a defined temperature between 4 and 40 °C.
The autosampler provides the user with maximum flexibility while ensuring efficient sample consumption through three different injection modes:
- Full loop injection - highest precision and reproducibility
- Partial loop injection - variable injection volumes, ideal for dilution series
- µL pickup injection - loss‑free injection of extremely small sample volumes
