Back-pressure regulator, adjustable 90-300 bar

If the pressure in the column suddenly drops downstream, air bubbles can be generated. These can cause noise and baseline drift in the detector's flow cell. Back pressure regulators quickly and easily improve baseline stability by maintaining a constant back pressure across the flow cell.
A spring-loaded diaphragm generates the back-pressure force. The spring force can be adjusted to change the back pressure without loosening any connections.
