AZURA® AS 6.1L preparative autosampler (up to 350 bar), with cool/heat option
Thanks to its specially configured flow path, this preparative autosampler allows injections of sample volumes up to 10 ml. It offers a sample capacity of 30 × 10 ml vials and operates with an injection mode specifically designed for large injection volumes.
When large sample volumes are aspirated from airtight vials, negative pressure can build up inside the vial, potentially leading to bubble formation. The headspace pressure option prevents this effect and ensures precise and reliable injections, even for large injection volumes.
In addition, the AS 6.1L supports precolumn derivatization and minimizes carryover thanks to a highly effective inside and outside needle wash procedure.
Sample stability and reproducibility are maximized with the cool/heat option, which maintains the sample compartment at a defined temperature between 4 and 40 °C.
