AZURA® AS 6.1L biocompatible & preparative autosampler (up to 350 bar), with cool/heat option
This preperative autosampler is specifically designed for FPLC applications. Equipped with a DLC‑coated (diamond‑like carbon) valve stator and a silica‑coated sample needle, the entire flow path is fully biocompatible.
Thanks to its specially configured flow path this autosampler allows for injections of sample volumes up to 10 ml. It has a sample capacity of 30 × 10 ml vials and operates with an injection mode designated for large injection volumes.
When large volumes are aspirated from an airtight sample vial, underpressure within the vial and consequent bubble formation can occur. The headspace pressure option prevents this problem and ensures precise injections even for large injection volumes.
In addition, the AS 6.1L supports precolumn derivatization and minimizes carryover thanks to a highly effective inside and outside needle wash procedure.
Sample stability and reproducibility are maximized with the cool/heat option, which maintains the sample compartment at a defined temperature between 4 and 40 °C.
