AZURA® AS 6.1L biocompatible autosampler (up to 345 bar), with cool/heat option
This autosampler is specifically designed for FPLC applications. Equipped with a DLC‑coated (diamond‑like carbon) valve stator and a silica‑coated sample needle, the entire flow path is fully biocompatible.
The autosampler enables precise injections from up to 108 × 1.5 mL sample vials or from standard microtiter plates (96‑ or 384‑well plates, up to two plates each). It supports injections from up to 30 × 10 mL vials, providing additional flexibility for preparative workflows.
The autosampler offers three different injection modes, allowing the user to optimize sample consumption:
- Full‑loop - highest precision and reproducibility
- Partial‑loop - variable injection volumes, ideal for dilution series
- µL‑pickup - loss‑free injection of extremely small sample volumes
In addition, the AS 6.1L supports precolumn derivatization and minimizes carryover thanks to a highly effective inside and outside needle wash procedure.
Sample stability and reproducibility are maximized with the cool/heat option, which maintains the sample compartment at a defined temperature between 4 and 40 °C.
