Eurospher II Chiral OM-R 10 µm Column 250 x 4.6 mm
The chiral selector cellulose-tris-(3,5-dimethylphenyl-carbamate) is coated on ultra pure silica particles with 1000 A° pores.

Properties
Separation mechanism: Chiral in reversed phase (RP) mode.
Also suitable for SFC (supercritical fluid chromatography) applications.
Key features
The cellulose tris-(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) phase offers very good stereochemical selectivity with a biocompatible eluent composition.
RP mode enables direct coupling to MS detection and is more environmentally friendly.
Eurospher II Chiral-OM is equivalent to Chiralpak OD from Daicel.
2 different CPS versions are available: Eurospher II Chiral OM is designed for separations in normal phase mode, Eurospher II Chiral OM-R for separations in reversed phase mode.
Recommended application areas
Suitable to separate neutral, acidic and basic racemates, e.g. triazole pesticides, antihistamine agents like Cetirizin
