The chiral selector cellulose-tris-(3,5-dimethylphenyl-carbamate) is coated on ultra pure silica particles with 1000 A° pores.

Separation mechanism: Chiral in normal phase (NP) mode.
Also suitable for SFC (supercritical fluid chromatography) applications.

Eurospher II Chiral-OM is equivalent to Chiralpak OD from Daicel.
2 different CPS versions are available: Eurospher II Chiral OM is designed for separations in normal phase mode, Eurospher II Chiral OM-R for separations in reversed phase mode.
Recommended application areas
Suitable to separate neutral, acidic and basic racemates, e.g. phthalimide analogues, antihistamine agents
