AZURA® AS 6.1L analytischer Autosampler bis 862 bar, mit cool/heat Option
Der analytische AS 6.1L erlaubt höchste Präzision und reproduzierbare Injektionen von bis zu 108 × 1,5 ml Probenvials oder zwei Mikrotiterplatten (96‑ oder 384‑Wellplatten). Maximale Flexibilität und effizienter Probenverbrauch werden durch drei mögliche Injektionsmodi erreicht:
- Full Loop - höchste Präzision und Reproduzierbarkeit
- Partial Loop - variable Injektionsvolumina, ideal für Verdünnungsreihen
- µl Pickup - verlustfreie Injektion extrem kleiner Probenvolumina
Die Probenstabilität und Reproduzierbarkeit werden durch die cool/heat-Funktion maximiert, die den Probenraum bei einer definierten Temperatur im Bereich von 4 bis 40 °C hält.
