The MarvelXACTTM connection system is the trouble-free solution for all analytical HPLC connections with 10-32 coned receiving ports. It incorporates flexible 1/32” OD tubing for easy installation and is recommended for all connections in a standard AZURA Analytical system. The fitting is already installed on each capillary. It is compatible with KNAUER standard 1/16” receiving ports and is absolutely finger-tight so that no tools are required. Additionally, these fittings auto-adjust to various port depths and do not depend on ferrules. They seal at the bottom of the port, without complex techniques, which significantly reduces required torque.
The trouble-free connection system eliminates the risk of under- and over-tightening, with a patented torque-limiting mechanism. This unique feature provides a haptic “click” feedback when it reaches the optimum torque, assuring a perfect connection. These capillaries can be connected and disconnected more than 100 times.
