The SEDEX LT-ELSD 100LT is an advanced evaporative light scattering detector known for its unmatched sensitivity, reliability, and accuracy in detecting various compounds (carbohydrates, proteins, peptides, polymers, lipids, steroids, etc.), regardless of their fluorescence, absorption or refractive-index characteristics. This detector utilizes cutting-edge low-temperature evaporation technology and features a state-of-the-art optical head equipped with a new laser. Along with an innovative evaporation drift tube design, these features enhance both efficiency and sensitivity. The technology is compatible with gradients and is not affected by the absorption characteristics of eluents.

This model is equipped with a nebulizer for HPLC applications, covering a flow rate range of 200 µl/min to 2.0 ml/min. However, also other nebulizers, each specifically optimized for UHPLC or SFC applications, are available.
