The SEDEX LT-ELSD LC is an evaporative light scattering detector that offers unprecedented fidelity, sensitivity and accuracy in detecting various compounds (carbohydrates, proteins, peptides, polymers, lipids, steroids, etc.), regardless of their fluorescence, absorption or refractive-index characteristics. This detector utilizes cutting-edge low-temperature evaporation technology and combines innovative features to provide superior optical and electronic performance at a competitive price. It is specifically suited for standard liquid chromatography. Take advantage of the SAGA (SEDEX Automated Gain Adjustment) system that will automatically adjust the gain to prevent the detector from saturating and going off-scale. The ELSD technology is compatible with gradients and is not affected by the absorption characteristics of the eluents.
