Dieser analytische HPLC‑Autosampler ermöglicht hochpräzise und reproduzierbare Injektionen aus bis zu 108 × 1,5‑mL‑Probenfläschchen oder aus standardmäßigen Mikrotiterplatten (96‑ oder 384‑Well‑Platten, jeweils bis zu zwei Platten gleichzeitig).
The autosampler provides the user with maximum flexibility while ensuring efficient sample consumption through three different injection modes:
- Full-loop - highest precision and reproducibility
- Partial‑Loop - variable Injektionsvolumina, ideal für Verdünnungsreihen
- µL‑Pickup - verlustfreie Injektion extrem kleiner Probenvolumina
For high‑pressure applications, the autosampler is equipped with an ILD™ valve (Intermediate Loop Decompression). This rotor-stator valve design features a central port that depressurizes the system before the sample is aspirated into the loop. Hence, the sample is not diluted with solvent, leading to improved injection accuracy and reproducibility. The extremely fast valve switching minimizes pressure spikes, enhancing analytical performance while reducing mechanical stress and wear on the column.
Darüber hinaus unterstützt der AS 6.1L die Vorsäulenderivatisierung und erzielt dank eines hochwirksamen Innen‑ und Außennadel‑Waschverfahrens einen außergewöhnlich niedrigen Carryover.
