AZURA® DAD 6.1L Diodenarray-Detektor
mit Testzelle, ohne Messzelle, 190-1000 nm
The AZURA® DAD 6.1L is KNAUER’s high-end diode array detector, featuring a wavelength range from 190 to 1000 nm. With a wide selection of flow cells, it is the ideal choice for all liquid chromatography and process applications. This detector combines excellent performance with easy and user-friendly handling.
State-of-the-art total reflection flow cells with LightGuide technology are available for this device. These flow cells provide maximum light throughput due to total internal reflection and minimal peak dispersion due to their small cell volume, ensuring an optimized signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio. One of the standout features of the AZURA® DAD 6.1L is its optional fiber optic adapter and the flexibility related to it. This adapter allows for the physical separation of the detector from the flow cell, which enhances safety, particularly for applications that require high flow rates or special safety precautions.
Thanks to its innovative optical unit that utilizes the KNAUER polka-dot technology, the detector delivers maximum sensitivity, making it excellently suited for trace analysis. The intelligent temperature management ensures fast operational readiness after startup and minimizes baseline drift. The front-accessible deuterium and halogen lamps make maintenance straightforward, significantly reducing device downtime for lamp replacement.
For analytical applications, the AZURA® DAD 6.1L can be controlled using the software packages ClarityChrom®, OpenLAB®, and Chromeleon™. The PurityChrom® software is also available for purification tasks. Control in a process environment can be implemented via a spring strip, analog outputs, and the Mobile Control software interface.
