The RF-20A fluorescence detector provides world-class sensitivity, exceptional ease of maintenance, and robust validation support functions. It is suitable for a broad range of applications within a wavelength range of 200 to 650 nm, from conventional to high-performance analysis.
With a signal-to-noise ratio of at least 1200 for the water-Raman band, the RF-20A is particularly effective for detection of trace-level components. The detector provides a 10 ms response time, enabling ultra-fast analysis without any loss of separation. Additionally, the simultaneous analysis of multiple components requires detection at optimal wavelengths. The RF-20Axs enables ultra-fast, high-sensitivity multi-component analysis through wavelength switching via a time program.
Both the xenon lamp and flow cell are easily accessible via the front panel of the device, and when replacing the xenon lamp, no positional adjustments are required, allowing quick handling and maintenance. Together with a xenon lamp life of 2000 hours, this setup effectively minimizes downtime and reduces operating costs.
The RF-20A can be controlled using ClarityChrom®, OpenLAB®, and PurityChrom® software packages, as well as via the keypad and display for stand-alone operation. Control can be achieved via RS-232, or through analog output, allowing for seamless integration into nearly any LC system.
