Available seperation ranges from small molecules up to 5 500 kDa.
Stable between pH 2–10 and up to 90 °C for various SEC applications.

VivoSep columns enable simple adaptation from HPLC to SEC with stainless steel instruments. Thus, they are a versatile tool for accurate protein molecular weight or size determination.
